Roofers’ Local 397 is looking for people interested in a career in the flat Roofing trade. We are looking for seasonal workers and people interested in starting an apprenticeship. No experience is needed, and all safety training is provided. Wages start at $24.94 an hour plus, vacation pay, benefits, and journeymen can make up to $41.99 plus benefits and pension. People with roofing experience can begin with higher rates.
