Collective agreements

The provincial ICI sheet metal collective agreement is bargained through the OSMWRC (Ontario Sheet Metal Workers’ & Roofers’ Conference) with the employer association OSMCA — Local 397 falls under the Thunder Bay appendix. These set wages, benefit contributions, hours, overtime and working conditions for every signatory job in our jurisdiction.
